Our approach to accessibility
Kinswell Property aims to make its website accessible and usable for the widest possible range of visitors.
We recognise the importance of clear information, readable content, accessible navigation and compatibility with different devices and assistive technologies.
Our accessibility objectives
The website is being designed with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, with the aim of meeting Level AA.
This includes consideration of:
- Keyboard accessibility
- Clear navigation
- Readable typography
- Appropriate colour contrast
- Image descriptions where required
- Accessible forms
- Meaningful headings
- Visible focus indicators
- Responsive layouts
- Reduced-motion preferences
- Screen reader compatibility
Known limitations
We have not yet carried out a full independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA. A full audit, including testing with screen readers, is planned. If you find something difficult to use, please tell us and we will help.
Accessibility feedback
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of this website, please contact info@kinswell.co.uk or call 01254 949500.
We will consider your feedback and aim to provide relevant information in an accessible format where reasonably practicable.
