Our client money protection
Kinswell Property Ltd is in the process of joining Client Money Protect, a client money protection scheme for property agents.
Our membership certificate will be published on this page as soon as it has been issued.
Client money protection provides qualifying protection, in circumstances specified by the scheme, where client money held by a member agent cannot be repaid. Protection is governed by the provider's policy terms, limits, exclusions and eligibility conditions.
Not the same as deposit protection.
Client money protection is separate from the statutory protection of tenancy deposits, which must be protected in a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme.
